  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders above ₹500 to addresses within India.
  • Standard Shipping: ₹50 for orders below the minimum threshold.
  • Expedited Shipping: ₹150 for faster delivery options.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving payment, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a notification once your order is shipped.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the shipping method and location within India.
  • International Shipping: For international orders, delivery may take 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary based on unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.


5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within India. If you are located outside India, please contact us for more information regarding international shipping availability.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and a link to track your order via the courier’s website.


7. International Shipping

For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on the destination. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.


8. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the event your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and assist you in resolving the matter as quickly as possible.

If the damage is reported after 7 days, we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund.
